Dear White Therapists,

If you routinely refer POC out to “culturally competent” therapists because that’s not your “expertise,” and you’re not actively seeking out training or education on how to no longer be culturally incompetent, you should change all your listings and profiles to say “Whites Only.“ Because accuracy is important.
